The HER Footprint Academy™ Fellowship is a multi-phase, ecosystem-based program designed for beauty entrepreneurs ready to transition from operator to CEO. Over a six-month engagement, Fellows move through structured education, strategic implementation, and long-term industry integration — building businesses that are scalable, fundable, and resilient. This Fellowship is an intentional pathway into leadership, capital readiness, and sustained growth within the beauty industry and beyond.
Business Leadership & Development
Fellows engage in leadership-centered business training designed to strengthen decision-making, operational clarity, and executive confidence. The Fellowship focuses on developing CEO-level thinking — including pricing authority, capacity management, brand leadership, and long-term planning — so participants can scale without burnout or dependency on hustle.
This pillar supports both early-stage stabilization and advanced growth preparation.
Curriculum Access & Strategic Tools
Fellows receive guided access to HER Footprint Academy’s foundational curriculum, including core lessons across the first five phases, supported by structured workbooks and implementation frameworks. Curriculum access is paired with proprietary tools such as the HER AI Strategist®, pricing calculator, and Done-For-You website framework to support real-world execution — not just learning.
This ensures Fellows are not only consuming information, but actively applying it to their business.
Capital Readiness & Funding Resources
Rather than offering direct stipends, the Fellowship provides structured access to capital education, funding pathways, and strategic resources designed to prepare Fellows for growth. Coaching, Accountability & Office Hours
Throughout the Fellowship, participants engage in structured group coaching and recurring office hours designed to support implementation, problem-solving, and momentum. This layer ensures Fellows have consistent access to strategic guidance as they move through both stabilization and expansion phases of their business.

The Graduate Society reinforces that growth does not end when the program concludes — it continues through community, connection, and strategic proximity.
Cohort Community & Peer Accountability

Weekly Assignments & Implementation:
Fellows are expected to complete structured weekly assignments designed to reinforce clarity, accountability, and momentum. These assignments support active application of concepts and progress toward measurable business outcomes. -
Her Footprint Graduate Society Coaching: Biweekly on Tuesdays, 7:00 PM ET
Ongoing coaching sessions focused on scaling, leadership development, industry navigation, and long-term business sustainability. -
Recommended Weekly Commitment: 6-8 hours per week
This includes live sessions, office hours, coursework, implementation time, and dedicated CEO-level work on the business (strategy, systems, planning, and execution).
Additional Program Expectations
The Fellowship is designed for professionals who are prepared to actively engage, implement feedback, and prioritize their growth. Consistent participation, timely completion of assignments, and intentional application of strategies are essential to fully benefit from the experience.
This is not a passive program. It is a leadership-driven environment built for execution, growth, and long-term impact.
Application Process
1. Submit Your Application
Candidates must complete the online application by March 2, 2025 at 11:55 PM ET. The application is designed to assess readiness, alignment, and commitment to implementation. Applications submitted by the deadline will receive full consideration.
2. Application Review
Applications are reviewed by the HER Footprint Academy® admissions team to identify beauty professionals with demonstrated experience, growth potential, and a clear vision for scaling their business beyond the chair.
3. Interview Stage
Selected applicants will be invited to a 15–20 minute virtual interview to discuss their business, goals, and how the Fellowship aligns with their next phase of growth.
4. Final Selection & Enrollment
Final Fellowship decisions will be announced by March 14, 2026. Accepted applicants must confirm enrollment to secure their seat.
The Fellowship officially begins Monday, March 16, 2026, with an Accelerator Welcome Week and cohort meet-and-greet.
